Registration


2019 Registration is now CLOSED!

All registration forms will be filled out electronically by clicking the link below and filling out the form.  All payments MUST be submitted before your child will be considered registered for the season.  You can pay online by using the Paypal link below or by mailing in a check to the address listed below.

Registration Opportunities:
  1. Online Registration - February 1st through March 10th (click the below link and fill out the form, then submit your payment through one of the PayPal links listed below)
  2. Mail in Registration - Use the link below to register and mail your payment to Berkley Moms Club at 3138 Oakshire, Berkley, MI  48072

Please note: All players will use the form below to register, but you do not have to pay electronically.  However, your child will not be considered registered for the season until payment is received.  



Registration Costs ($5 Processing fee will apply to all online payments):
  1. Junior High and Elementary (grades 3+) - $100 for each player plus $50 family volunteer fee
  2. Little Sluggers (grades K-2) - $50 for each player plus $50 family volunteer fee
Families looking to register three or more children should pay the costs associated with the two oldest players plus the family volunteer fee.  Any additional children will play for free.
The family volunteer fee is a cost that will be reimbursed to you at the end of the season if you fulfill your family's required league volunteer commitment.  Each family is required to volunteer for a minimum of 2 hours per child in the league.  The funds will be returned in cash form during the end of the year picnic.  If you cannot attend the end of year playoff day and picnic we will have an alternate pick up date on August 27th from 6-7pm.


Payment Options:

  1. Submit your payment electronically using one of the PayPal links below.  Please submit your payment as a Friends and Family payment instead of a goods and services payment. (Please note: you do have to have a PayPal account to submit a payment.)
  2. Pay using check (made payable to Berkley Moms Club)  and mail it to Berkley Moms Club at 3138 Oakshire, Berkley, MI  48072 (you can fill out the registration form at anytime)
The Junior High league teams are created by a draft system.  No friend requests will be honored.  If you have any additional special requests regarding your child, please send an email to berkleysoftball@gmail.com.
